Plunger Pump KQZ1000

KQZ1000S泵是一种往复式、容积式、单作用、卧式五缸柱塞泵，该泵的最大输入功率为1000hp。该泵广泛地用于间歇式油井作业，如酸化、固井、压裂、压井、砾石充填等。该泵质量可靠，在600泵的基础上改进而来，具备600泵的所有优势，同时增大了输入功率，有长泵与短泵之分，短泵结构可以用于双机双泵上背靠背安装，供客户选择。

Main structural characteristics:

1. Composed of three parts: the power end, the fluid end, and the gearbox.

2. Features a unique external gearbox design, with the gearbox positioned on the left or right side, offering 16 different installation positions, making it easy to maintain.

3. Derived from the KTZ600S pump, it retains all the advantages of the KTZ600S pump while increasing input power and output displacement, and can be installed side by side in back-to-back configurations.

4. Complete interchangeability with the KTZ600S pump’s wearing parts.

5. Offers two different pump head bodies to accommodate four different sizes of plungers (3", 3.5", 4" and 4.5"), providing customers with options for different displacements and pressures.
