Main structural characteristics:
1. Composed of three parts: the power end, the fluid end, and the gearbox.
2. Features a unique external gearbox design, with the gearbox able to be positioned on either the left or right side, and offers 16 different installation positions. This design facilitates vehicle layout and maintenance.
3. Derived from the SPM600 short pump, with an extended pump casing length, added small connecting rods, and a clamp connection between the plunger and the connecting rod. This modification overcomes the maintenance challenges of the short pump, making it suitable for single-pump vehicles (skid-mounted) and a standard product for domestic cementing trucks and high-pressure injection equipment.
4. Provides basic interchangeability with the internal components of the SPM600 pump.
5. Offers two different pump head bodies to accommodate four different sizes of plungers (3", 3.5", 4" and 4.5"), providing various pressures and displacements for customer selection.
